No setup required. Toggle Audit on from the YOOfoundry dashboard and it starts tracking immediately. Every action is captured automatically in the background.

Activate Toggle the Audit module on from the YOOfoundry dashboard. It starts tracking immediately with no additional configuration.

Work Normally

Every YOOtheme action is captured in the background. Layout saves, element changes, user sessions are all logged automatically.

Review Anytime

Open the Audit dashboard to browse a full timeline of events. Filter, search, export, or purge as needed.

FAQ

How far back does the audit trail go?

You set the retention policy. The default keeps events for 90 days or up to 1,000 total entries. Older events are purged automatically.

Does it affect site performance?

Events are logged on admin actions only. Nothing runs on the front-end, so visitors are not affected.

What actions are tracked?

Layout saves, layout trashes, layout restores, and config changes. Additional event types are planned for future releases.

Can I clear the audit history?

Yes. Use the Purge All button to delete everything, or let the retention policy handle cleanup on its own.
